Middle Tennessee Pharmacy Services would like to welcome Tisha Hayes to our team! Tisha joins us with over 20 years of experience in sales, customer service and retention.
As the account manager and quality assurance coordinator for MTPS, Tisha’s responsibilities will include developing and implementing internal and external communication strategies related to customer service, maintaining pharmacy sales volume through retention, maintaining and educating current customers on eMAR compliance and quality assurance recommendations, and much more. Her primary focus is to build loyalty and retention within our community of customers using several different techniques and strategies to identify problems, analyze information and implement solutions.
